Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply clinic policies and research protocols.
• Proficiency in standard office software; familiarity with CTMS or eCRF platforms a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a research team.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with participant screening and enrollment.
• Document and report study data and regulatory compliance.
• Enter patient visit data in eCRF and CTMS daily.
• Assist with study documentation and file maintenance per sponsor policies.
• Support recruitment strategies and communication with study team.
