Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Research Assistant to support day-to-day conduct of active clinical trials on-site. You will assist with screening, enrollment, data entry, and documentation under the PI and site management.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 2 years in a healthcare setting, with strong communication skills and attention to detail. CTMS/eCRF familiarity is a plus, and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply clinic policies and research protocols.
• Proficiency in standard office software; familiarity with CTMS or eCRF platforms a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a research team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Study Team with communicating study requirements to all individuals involved in the study.
• Help develop and implement recruitment strategies in accordance with site policies and IRB requirements.
• Screen subjects for eligibility using protocol-specific criteria and document eligibility.
• Register participants in the CTMS to ensure proper billing of study procedures.
• Collect and report ongoing recruitment progress and metrics to site management and the PI.
• Maintain study files and documentation per sponsor requirements and site policies.
• Enter all patient visit data in eCRF and CTMS daily or as directed.
• Arrange secure storage of study documents in line with GCP guidelines.
• Maintain inventory of study supplies and manage drug/device accountability as applicable.
• Process and ship specimens per study protocol and IATA regulations.
