Iterative Health is seeking a Research Assistant to support clinical trials on-site. You will work under the Principal Investigator to assist coordinators across screening, enrollment, data entry, and compliance, gaining exposure to the full study lifecycle.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and a healthcare background, serving as an essential entry point into clinical research while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to GCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CTMS or eCRF platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Study Team with communicating study requirements to all individuals involved in the study.
• Assist with screening subjects for eligibility using protocol-specific criteria and document outcomes.
• Register participants in the CTMS to ensure proper billing of study procedures.
• Enter all patient visit data in eCRF and CTMS on a daily basis or as directed.
• Maintain study files and documentation in accordance with sponsor requirements.
• Process and ship specimens per protocol and IATA regulations as directed when applicable.
