Job summary

Iterative Health in the United States is seeking a Research Assistant to support on-site clinical trials under the supervision of the Principal Investigator and site management. The role offers exposure to the full study lifecycle in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

You will assist study coordinators with participant screening, enrollment, data entry in CTMS/eCRF, regulatory documentation, and adherence to GCP. Strong organization, communication, and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Healthcare background or exposure to clinical settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist Study Team with communicating study requirements to all individuals involved in the study.
Assist with screening subjects for eligibility using protocol-specific criteria.
Register participants in the CTMS for proper billing of study procedures.
Enter patient visit data in eCRF and CTMS daily or as directed.
Maintain study documents and files in compliance with sponsor requirements and site policies.
Protect the rights and welfare of research participants in accordance with federal regulations.
