Flourish Research in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Patient Recruitment Specialist to support our clinical trials. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, screen potential participants, and help meet enrollment goals while adhering to IRB, FDA, GCP, and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in clinical or biological research.
• Experience with outbound/inbound calling.
• Knowledge of IRB, FDA, GCP, and HIPAA guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and communicate expectations around protocol visits and procedures.
• Recruit qualified study participants and manage enrollment to meet sponsor timelines.
• Screen potential participants and follow up with timely responses.
• Enter medical history and demographics into a computerized database.
• Maintain confidentiality of PHI and study protocols.
