Flourish Research in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Patient Recruitment Specialist to support a busy site. The role involves high-volume call management, patient screening, and strong collaboration with the Recruitment Manager to meet enrollment timelines.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma (college degree preferred) and 0–3+ years in clinical research. Onsite work, Mon-Fri shift, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
• 0-3+ years’ experience within clinical or biological research.
• Experience with outbound/inbound calling is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Read, understand, and communicate protocol-specific expectations for patient visits.
• Manage a high volume of calls from a workstation.
• Recruit qualified study participants while complying with IRB/GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Screen and follow up with potential participants to ensure timely responses.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to meet study enrollment goals.
• Lead recruiter responsibilities including planning meetings and campaign portals.
