Job summary

Alcanza is seeking a Patient Liaison to support onsite patient recruitment efforts at our Boston site. You will conduct pre-screening, manage scheduling, and help move qualified patients into active studies.

The role requires strong organizational skills, 5+ years in healthcare or clinical research, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities where possible. Collaboration with local sites and outreach events is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in healthcare, call center, or medical research environment; diploma or equivalent.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus; CMA/MA/LPN/EMT license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out on-site pre-screening and help steer eligible patients into studies.
• Evaluate eligibility via interviews, medical record review, or staff discussions; manage follow-up communications.
• Schedule and reschedule visits; monitor screening calendars and triage DNQ/No-Show incidents.
• Update patient status in CTMS and coordinate with referral partners.
• Support local outreach and assist with recruiter training as needed.
