• Ability to perform detail-oriented work and follow up on assignments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional relationship with potential study participants.
• Performs the initial telephone screening of patients, per study protocols.
• Managing a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.
• Schedules screening appointments in Clinical Conductor.
• Makes reminder phone calls as needed.
• Supports and ensures adherence to FDA, ICH, GCP, CenExel SOPs and company guidelines.
