CenExel is seeking a Call Center Patient Recruitment Specialist in Atlanta, GA to connect with potential study participants via phone. You will screen patients per protocol, manage call volumes, and coordinate scheduling through Clinical Conductor while upholding regulatory standards and CenExel procedures.

The role requires clear verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site at our CenExel location in Atlanta.

• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform detail-oriented work and follow up on assignments with basic computer skills.

Mansioni

• Maintain a professional relationship with potential study participants.
• Perform the initial telephone screening of patients per study protocols.
• Manage a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.
• Schedule screening appointments in Clinical Conductor.
• Make reminder phone calls as needed.
• Adhere to FDA CFR, ICH, GCP, CenExel SOPs and site policies.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
