Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sponsors/study requirements and participant evaluation procedures.
• Understanding of clinical protocols Phase I to IV.
• Strong organization and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision and flexible on shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs to support patient recruitment and retention.
• Liaise with referral sources, sponsors, and providers.
• Train new staff in recruitment procedures.
• Oversee Recruitment Specialists and the recruitment department.
• Develop pre-screen scripts and enrollment timelines.
• Ensure adherence to FDA, ICH, GCP, CenExel SOPs and company guidelines.
• Conduct outreach and presentations to referral sources.
