CenExel Clinical Research in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Call Center Patient Recruitment Specialist to connect with potential study participants by phone. This full-time on-site role requires clear communication and the ability to manage high call volumes.

Job Summary:

Responsible for the crucial role of connecting with customers via phone calls.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain a professional relationship with potential study participants.
• Performs the initial telephone screening of patients, per study protocols.
• Managing a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.
• Schedules screening appointments in Clinical Conductor.
• Makes reminder phone calls as needed.
• Supports and ensures strictest adherence to best practices, FDA Code of Federal Regulations, ICH (International Conference on Harmonization), GCP (Good Clinical Practices), CenExel standard operating procedures, site working Practices, protocol, and company guidelines and policies.

Education/Experience/Skills:

• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Must have the ability to perform detail-oriented work, have basic computer skills and follow up on assignments.

• Essential physical requirements include sitting, typing, standing, and walking.
