• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

• Ability to interpret and apply guidelines and procedures.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain patient charts for all studies.
• Prepare participant visits according to CRC schedule and ensure all documents and materials are available.
• Maintain inventory of study supplies (lab kits, assessments, materials).
• Complete data entry and resolve CRF queries per sponsor timelines.
• Assist Coordinators with assessments (blood pressure, urine collection).
• Communicate with participants, caregivers, vendors, and laboratories.
• Assist with scheduling, copying, faxing, and clerical tasks.
• Aid Coordinators in study monitoring visits.
• Complete daily duties per CRC guidance.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
