Job summary

NICR in Pasadena, CA is seeking a VP or Director of Business Growth to lead our growth strategy. Working with the CEO and trial acquisition team, you will shift from reactive study requests to proactive sponsor relationships and steady market expansion.

You will oversee trial acquisitions, expand the investigator network in cardiometabolic and related fields, and ensure our marketing materials clearly reflect NICR’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in healthcare, pharma, CRO business development.
• Existing sponsor/CRO relationships.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead NICR’s growth strategy with CEO and trial teams.
• Develop sponsor relationships and manage trial acquisitions.
• Recruit investigators and expand the PI network.
• Oversee marketing and communications to reflect capabilities.
• Provide updates to CEO and Board.
