Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Experience in managing large budgets and financial reporting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review billing grid in OnCore and external to confirm billing designations and compliance.
• Determine clinical trial fund allocations, establish allocations, monitor spending, and prepare regular financial reports.
• Collaborate on budgeting, invoicing, and budget adjustments with stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Oversee budget calendar/signoff and ensure documentation complies with billing requirements.
• Assist with purchase orders, check requests, travel reports, and budget adjustments to allocate funds.
• Provide guidance and training on budget development and billing compliance to staff.
• Coordinate quarterly budget reviews to keep studies within budget.
