Responsibilities include budgeting, invoicing, and monthly reporting. Strong analytical skills and two+ years of experience are required. This is a fully in-person university role at the Maywood Health Sciences Campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Healthcare Administration
• 2+ years of financial analysis experience
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Pre-Award: Review coverage analyses and study protocols; Build comprehensive budgets for industry, federal, and non-profit studies; Negotiate financial terms with sponsors to maximize cost recovery; Collaborate with CCTO leaders, principal investigators and study staff to align budgets with workflows; Collaborate with medical center colleagues to ensure cost coverage and compliance; Review financial and payment terms in trial agreements and perform final budget QC; Refine processes to ensure compliance and efficiency; Coordinate document prep, review and filing of budgets and amendments.
