• Maintain databases of study opportunities, PIs, and trial capabilities.
• Prepare feasibility questionnaires/proposals with internal teams.
• Coordinate sponsor/CRO confidentiality agreements.
• Schedule and host in-person and virtual meetings to discuss capabilities.
• Support startup activities and meetings with clinical leadership.
• Track milestone dates and startup cycle times to meet performance standards.
• Develop sponsor/CRO relationships to identify new business opportunities.
