Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in clinical trial coordination.

Purpose Statement/Position Summary:

The Clinical Research Coordinator I is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of clinical trials throughout the full study lifecycle, including study start-up, participant enrollment, ongoing study activities, and close-out. This role supports protocol compliance and study success through responsibilities such as budget review, source document development, conducting study assessments, and collaborating with sponsors, contract research organizations (CROs), and ancillary departments.

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:

1+ year experience in clinical trial coordination or computerized databases.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Education/Licensure/Certifications:

High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in related scientific field preferred. Certified clinical research associate/coordinator preferred.
