Job summary

Charter Research is a Florida/Illinois-based clinical research company seeking a Client Services Coordinator in Orlando, FL. You will identify, qualify, and manage potential study leads and support start-up activities for newly awarded studies across Charter Research sites.

Responsibilities include maintaining study databases, coordinating with investigators and teams, and handling feasibility questionnaires, agreements, and meetings. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain extensive knowledge of Charter Research sites; review study database and participant profiles; coordinate with PIs and Clinic Managers.
• Maintain internal databases of potential opportunities and communicate with the team in regular meetings.
• Submit feasibility questionnaires/proposals, coordinating with Executive, Medical, Clinical, Marketing, Recruitment, and Finance teams.
• Maintain database of trials for each site and PI to facilitate responses to feasibility questions.
• Review, approve, execute, and submit sponsor/CRO confidentiality agreements.
• Schedule and host meetings to discuss capabilities and learn about opportunities; document critical study information.
• Coordinate and support regular startup activities and meetings with clinical leadership; document updates and risks.
• Maintain milestones and startup cycle times to ensure performance standards.
• Identify new business opportunities by maintaining sponsor/CRO relationships and external consultants.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
