Job summary

Charter Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator in Orlando, FL to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of clinical trials and guide patients through the trial process. You will ensure protocols, informed consent, and visit schedules are followed with a focus on patient safety and data integrity.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Minimum of 1 year of related professional experience.
Must adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and maintain source and sponsor documentation.

Responsibilities

Understand assigned studies by reading protocols and coordinating with the Principal Investigator.
Adhere to study protocols including patient visits, informed consent, and schedules.
Educate patients and families about the trials and study details.
Assess patient eligibility and oversee enrollment ensuring consent is documented.
Coordinate patient visits (blood draws, vitals, ECGs) and ensure protocol compliance.
Communicate trial issues to Sponsor, CRO, PI, and Clinic Manager.
Maintain ALCOA-C compliant source documentation and data integrity.
Coordinate with CRA and respond to monitor and sponsor queries promptly.
