Responsibilities include tracking payments, budget support, data management, and reporting to assist decision-making within the CRF service line. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in clinical research finance, with strong communication, accuracy, and data-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or three+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Demonstrated accuracy, precision, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage large quantities of data and adhere to timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Financial Management payment inbox with tracking, reconciliation, and application of clinical trial payments.
• Support financial operations through data entry, record maintenance, and financial tracking across systems.
• Assist with preparation, maintenance, and reporting of financial, study, and enrollment metrics.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance reviews to ensure data integrity."
• Support development, submission, activation, and maintenance of funding proposals and contracts in research systems.
• Monitor sponsor, investigator, and internal inquiries regarding study status and budgets.
