Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Manager, Production Services to lead and scale a global CTS&L team in a remote U.S. capacity, with preference to near Quakertown, PA.

You will oversee GMP-compliant production planning, packaging, labeling, and batch documentation while driving operational excellence across North America, Europe, and Asia. You will mentor staff, manage schedules, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver trial materials on time for patients worldwide.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in clinical trial supply chain or regulated pharma operations
• GMP knowledge and regulatory requirements
• Experience with production planning, packaging design, labeling operations
• Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation
• Strong project management and stakeholder management
• Fluent English communication

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Production Services team
• Oversee clinical trial supply production workflows and ensure schedules
• Monitor progress, manage priorities, and escalate complex challenges
• Support packaging, labeling, manufacturing support, batch documents, and production planning
• Ensure GMP, GDP compliance and regulatory requirements
• Drive problem solving and mitigation planning for risks
• Support supplier compliance, quality metrics, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional supply chain stakeholders
• Contribute to operational excellence and lean initiatives
• Support business growth through internal initiatives and client-facing activities
