Axle is seeking a Patient Coordinator to support NIH/NIAID in Bethesda, MD. You will manage patient travel, appointments and records, acting as a primary contact for physicians, staff, and families.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization and knowledge of clinical protocols to ensure smooth patient care and study workflows. NIH-related work includes travel arrangements and data handling.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
• Experience scheduling patient appointments and travel arrangements.
• Knowledge of clinical protocols and medical terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient travel and lodging for study participation.
• Maintain patient records and clinic appointment schedules.
• Liaise between physicians, NIH staff, patients and families.
• Prepare reports and documentation for patient coordination.
