Axle is a bioscience and information technology company supporting NIH NICHD in Bethesda, MD. We seek a TEMP Patient Care Coordinator to manage participant coordination, scheduling, referrals, travel, and clinical appointments for NICHD research protocols.

The role requires strong patient-facing communication, organization, and teamwork with investigators, clinicians, and staff to ensure timely and coordinated support for study participants.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, scheduling, travel, lodging, and admission of research study participants.
• Serve as primary contact for patients in clinical research studies.
• Coordinate patient schedules with physicians, nurses, investigators and staff.
• Schedule screening appointments, procedures, imaging, outpatient visits and admissions.
• Maintain calendars for clinical staff and research activities.
• Maintain the NICHD reproductive endocrinology patient calendar and assist with coordination.
