Job summary

RJIT Solutions is seeking a Patient Coordinator to support the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) at NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, MD. You will act as the primary contact for study participants, coordinate recruitment, screening, scheduling, travel, lodging, and admission for NIAID protocols.

The role requires building relationships with protocol investigators, nurses, social workers, and clinic staff to keep visits on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field is required.
• Experience scheduling patient appointments and travel arrangements is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical protocols and medical terminology is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, scheduling, travel, and admission of research study participants with clinical staff.
• Arrange new patient screening appointments, procedures, and imaging studies.
• Manage travel, lodging, and NIH-billed housing and reimbursements for study participants.
