Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a senior role in clinical trial management to oversee site monitoring, safety and data integrity for complex studies. You will coordinate with CRAs, data managers and sponsors to ensure timelines and budgets are met while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The position requires leadership across global teams, risk assessment and continuous process improvement to drive milestones and quality. A Bachelor’s or RN and experience in international trials are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams to achieve milestones.
• Experience working in an international environment and in clinical trial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management and monitoring with emphasis on patient safety, protocol compliance and data integrity.
• Identify risks to trial management deliverables and escalate to project management as needed.
• Coordinate training and resources for CRAs and central monitors; ensure QMS/CTMS usage and audit trails.
