Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between physician and patient via electronic messaging.
• Communicate messages regarding patient requests and follow-up care.
• Prepare and submit prescription verification forms to vendors.
• Investigate patient requests and communicate with healthcare team.
• Schedule appointments for chronic disease management.
