Job summary

Intermountain Centers is seeking a Clinical Training Manager to oversee the Clinical Training Department and collaborate with medical, behavioral health, member services, and operations leads across outpatient, foster care, residential, and housing settings.

The role focuses on translating clinical and operational problems into structured, repeatable training content, workflows, and tracking systems to improve access and care delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in behavioral healthcare operations, clinical workflow development, and training implementation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives and clinical leaders to align medical and behavioral health services.
• Develop standardized workflows, tools, and processes across target groups.
• Create formal training plans and standardized role expectations.
• Improve training structures in Relias and other learning platforms.
• Support staff onboarding, development, and sustained competency with ongoing refreshers.
• Assist leadership with leadership development and coaching initiatives.
• Collaborate on compliance workflows and remediation plans for training gaps.
