Job summary

Martin's Point Health Care Inc. seeks a Clinical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive hybrid training for the Case Management team.

You will collaborate with leaders to map and optimize clinical workflows and ensure compliance with NCQA, CMS (Medicare) and TRICARE requirements. You will author job aids, maintain SOPs, and manage the SharePoint site while coaching staff through live, virtual, and e-learning sessions.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in health science, nursing or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred in nursing, health admin or public health.
• CCM or ACMA certification preferred; strong regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and delivers hybrid training programs for Case Management.
• Collaborates with leadership to optimize clinical workflows and documentation.
• Creates clear job aids, guides, and procedures with version control.
• Manages SharePoint site and training asset access for staff.
• Incorporates NCQA, CMS, and TRICARE requirements into training materials.
• Audits post-training docs and supports remediation with care management leadership.
