Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work required.
• Active LCSW-C license with supervisory designation in MD.
• Three years of experience in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic mental illness and substance use.
• Five years of supervising staff or interns with training focus.
• Experience working with homeless or low-income individuals and families.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of a behavioral health training program.
• Deliver trainings grounded in evidence-based practices aligned with divisional priorities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and outcomes.
• Collaborate with behavioral health professionals to create training materials for diverse funders.
• Maintain CEU standards in line with MD licensing boards and issue CEU credits as appropriate.
• Provide direct supervision for early career clinicians and student interns; assist in recruitment and evaluation.
• Provide clinical services to a small caseload (up to two sessions per week).
• Complete documentation of services in the electronic health record, ensuring billing reflectivity.
