Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of patient care experience.
• ICU/CCU/ED or leadership experience preferred.
• Government/VA/DoD healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinical training and standardization for BD’s UCC portfolio, including PureWick, Indwelling Foley Catheters, Bladder Scanners, and related solutions.
• Deliver live, virtual, and on-demand education across VA and DoD healthcare settings.
• Leverage BD Clinical Connect tools such as Acute Academy, VR modules, and microlearning to provide immersive education.
• Conduct training assessments and tailor plans based on data.
• Support product evaluations, workflows, and clinical protocol development.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager to identify barriers and drive adoption.
• Document training activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Present at local, regional, and national clinical conferences.
• Ensure training programs meet compliance standards and customer needs.
• Use program evaluation frameworks to identify strengths and improvements.
• Travel up to 75% within assigned territory.
• Function independently managing multiple accounts.
