Job summary

BD is seeking a Clinical Specialist to execute clinical programs and educate customers within the Medication Delivery Solutions portfolio. The role emphasizes clinical outcomes, program implementation, and training to differentiate the product line.

Applicants should be a Registered Nurse with an associate degree (BSN preferred) and have at least 5 years nursing experience, including 3 years in ultrasound-guided vascular access (PICC/midline).

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an Associates degree required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years general nursing experience, 3 years of ultrasound-guided vascular access device placement (PICC & midline).
• Proven training skills to conduct educational courses preferred.
• Persuasive and credible; able to influence without authority.
• Knowledge of infusion therapy, vascular access, and related disease states preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage travel & expense budget within region.
• Provide updates to Clinical Manager on training activities.
• Facilitate customer training classes for conversions/retention.
• Collaborate with Regional Team to support customer engagements pre- and post-sale.
• Develop relationships with end-users; provide product in-servicing and education.
• Provide routine follow-up support at end-user locations.
• Conduct regional training for contractual nursing support.
• Coordinate scheduling with Clinical Manager and Regional Business Manager.
• Conduct vascular access management assessments to support Vascular Care and Vascular Access sales.
