Job summary

BD is seeking an experienced Nurse Educator to lead clinical training across VA/DoD settings. You will deliver live, virtual, and on-demand education for the BD UCC portfolio, including PureWick and related solutions. Travel up to 75% within the assigned territory is required.

The role requires an RN license, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least 3 years of patient care experience, with preference for ICU/ED leadership and DoD experience. Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of patient care experience.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ED, or leadership roles preferred.
• Prior government/VA/DoD healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and present clinical data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical training and practice standardization for BD’s UCC portfolio.
• Deliver live, virtual, and on-demand education across VA and DoD settings.
• Utilize BD Clinical Connect tools to provide immersive education experiences.
• Conduct product training assessments and tailor training plans.
• Support product evaluations and workflow integration.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager to identify clinical barriers and drive adoption.
• Maintain documentation in Salesforce and present at clinical conferences.
• Ensure training programs meet compliance standards and customer needs.
