Job summary

BD is seeking a Clinical Training Specialist to lead education for our UCC portfolio, delivering live, virtual, and on-demand training to healthcare teams including VA/DoD settings. You will leverage Clinical Connect tools and assess training outcomes to tailor programs across multiple sites.

Requires an RN license, a Bachelor's degree, and 3+ years of patient care. Frequent travel (up to 75%) within the territory is part of the role; MS Office and Salesforce proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of patient care experience required.
• Experience in ICU/CCU/ED or leadership roles preferred.
• Government/VA/DoD healthcare experience preferred.
• Must possess valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical training and practice standardization for BD’s UCC portfolio.
• Deliver live, virtual, and on-demand education in VA and DoD settings.
• Utilize BD Clinical Connect tools to provide immersive education experiences.
• Maintain documentation of training activities in Salesforce.
• Travel up to 75% within assigned territory.
