Job summary

Becton Dickinson (BD) seeks a Nurse Educator to lead clinical training and standardization across the UCC portfolio, including PureWick, indwelling Foley catheters, and bladder scanners. You will deliver live, virtual, and on-demand education across VA and DoD settings, leveraging Acute Academy, VR modules, and microlearning to tailor programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and RN license, with at least 3 years of patient care experience, ICU/ED/CCU exposure, and up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and RN license required.
• 3+ years patient care experience required.
• Experience in ICU/CCU/ED or leadership roles preferred.
• Gov/VA/DoD healthcare exposure preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical training and standardization for BD’s UCC portfolio.
• Deliver live, virtual, and on-demand education across VA and DoD settings.
• Leverage BD Clinical Connect tools (Acute Academy, VR modules, microlearning).
• Conduct training assessments and tailor plans to improve outcomes.
• Support product evaluations, workflow integration, and clinical protocol development.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager to drive adoption.
• Maintain training activity and customer interactions in Salesforce.
