Arcare Augusta is seeking a Clinical Training Specialist. This full-time (hourly) role delivers hands-on clinical education to nurses, medical assistants, hybrid roles, and specialty care staff, reporting to the Lead Clinical Trainer.

You will help build and deliver training programs that promote clinical excellence, patient safety, and regulatory compliance, while supporting onboarding, skills validation, and ongoing professional development across the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; MA training minimum.
• LPN program completion preferred.
• Active RN or LPN license in Arkansas or compact state preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Clinical Training Specialist is responsible for providing hands‑on clinical education to a variety of roles within the Organization, including nurses, medical assistants, hybrid roles, and specialty care staff. Reporting to the Lead Clinical Trainer, this position supports the development and delivery of high‑quality, role‑specific training programs that promote clinical excellence, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. The Clinical Training Specialist plays a key role in staff onboarding, skills validation, and ongoing professional development across the organization.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree required. Completion of MA training minimum, completion of LPN program preferred.

Licensure

Active RN or LPN license in Arkansas or compact state preferred.
