Qualifications

The Clinical Training Specialist plays a key role in staff onboarding, skills validation, and ongoing professional development across the organization.

Job Type: Full-time (hourly)

Travel: 30-50%

Reporting to the Lead Clinical Trainer, this position supports the development and delivery of high-quality, role-specific training programs that promote clinical excellence, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. Skills & Abilities

Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree required. Completion of MA training minimum, completion of LPN program preferred.

Licensure: Active RN or LPN license in Arkansas or compact state preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-year clinical experience.
  • Experience training or mentoring nurses, Mas, or similar staff preferred.
  • Familiarity with specialty care workflows and hybrid clinical/admin roles is a plus.

Loan Repayment Opportunities

Many Arcare locations serve medically underserved communities. Eligible clinical team members may qualify for federal loan repayment programs through HRSA, including the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program and the Nurse Corps Loan Repayment Program. Eligibility and award approval are determined by HRSA based on role, location, discipline, and program requirements.
