Job summary

Catalight Foundation is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager Trainer to strengthen clinical quality and workforce readiness across assigned regional clinics. The role involves hands-on, clinic-based onboarding, competency support, and in-the-moment clinical guidance to Behavior Interventionists, Program Supervisors, and Clinical Managers.

The position requires on-site work in California with leadership in clinical training, documentation, and ongoing staff development to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification and state licensure in good standing.
• Minimum two years of licensure.
• Three years of Behavioral Health experience, preferably with autism or IDD.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person onboarding and role-specific training for clinicians in the assigned region.
• Document training attendance and support annual competency checklists.
• Coordinate clinic-based shadow experiences and RBT assessments.
• Provide regional training and refreshers based on priorities and funder requirements.
• Respond to immediate clinic concerns in supervisor's absence and guide follow-up.
• Maintain and manage a small ongoing caseload and develop individual treatment plans.
• Support center-based operations and maintain a safe, organized clinic environment.
• Collaborate with Senior Clinical Managers for staff mentorship and development.
• Assist in staff interviews and contribute clinically relevant input.
