Job summary

Easterseals Northern California seeks a Clinical Manager Trainer to strengthen clinical quality and workforce readiness through hands-on onboarding, training, and ongoing competency support in an assigned regional clinic. The role includes maintaining a small caseload and contributing to organization-wide learning initiatives within Behavioral Health Services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and BCBA certification.
• Licensed or certified for at least two years.
• Three years of Behavioral Health experience, preferably with autistic individuals or IDD.
• Two or more years of staff training/mentorship experience.
• Experience developing and delivering clinical training to adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person onboarding and role-specific training for Behavior Interventionists, Supervisors, and Clinical Managers within the region.
• Coordinate clinic-based shadow experiences and first session support for new hires, including observation and RBT activities.
• Deliver regional training and refreshers aligned with clinical priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to immediate clinic concerns and provide initial direction when supervisors are unavailable.
• Maintain a small ongoing caseload and oversee individualized treatment plans and care teams.
