Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking a Clinical Manager Trainer to strengthen clinical quality and workforce readiness through hands-on clinic onboarding, training, and guidance. This role works on-site in assigned regional clinics, maintains a small caseload, and contributes to organization-wide learning initiatives across Behavioral Health Services.

The position requires a Master’s degree (or higher) in ABA or related field and BCBA certification or equivalent licensure, with 2+ years

Qualifications

• Master's degree, PsyD, or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification or applicable license in good standing.
• Three years of experience in Behavioral Health services, preferably with autistic individuals.
• Two+ years of experience providing staff direction, training, or mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person onboarding and role-specific training for Behavior Interventionists, Supervisors, and Clinical Managers.
• Coordinate clinic-based shadow experiences and first-session support for new hires.
• Maintain a small ongoing caseload with individualized, clinically appropriate treatment plans.
