Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field preferred.
• Active clinical license in good standing preferred.
• Experience in developing and delivering clinical training.
• Strong knowledge of ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training programs for residential facilities.
• Deliver evidence-based training on therapeutic interventions.
• Train staff on clinical documentation and EHR systems.
• Maintain Crisis Prevention Institute certification.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding and training schedules.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
