Job summary

Health Care for the Homeless is seeking a Clinical Training Program Manager in Baltimore, MD. Qualifications

• Active Maryland LCSW-C license with supervisory designation.
• Minimum three years evaluating, diagnosing, and treating chronic mental illness.
• Five years of supervision experience including staff or interns.
• Experience with homelessness or low-income populations.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of a behavioral health training program.
• Deliver trainings to providers within the behavioral health division grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with other behavioral health professionals to create training materials and customize programs for funders.
• Maintain CEU standards with licensing boards and issue CEUs as appropriate.
• Provide direct supervision for early career clinicians and student interns and support recruitment and evaluation.
• Provide clinical services to a small caseload (up to two sessions per week) and ensure coverage when needed.
• Complete documentation of services in the EHR within required timeframes.
