Job summary

Spring Health seeks an independently licensed mental health professional to join our Clinical Training team in Atlanta. You will deliver clinical trainings to customers virtually and in person, develop content, measure effectiveness, and grow offerings.

Up to 20% travel required to support in-person trainings. Ideal candidates have 3+ years post-graduate clinical experience, instructional design background, and strong facilitation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted clinical license to practice psychotherapy (e.g., Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.).
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience, with at least 1 year post-licensure.
• Proven background in corporate training or public speaking with strong grasp of adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Teams and PowerPoint for presenting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication to engage with corporate customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical trainings to customers virtually and in person.
• Develop clinical content and training materials.
• Measure effectiveness of trainings and grow offerings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and dedicated customer to plan programming.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual events and on-site trainings; travel up to 10–20%.
