Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a Clinical Training Manager to lead the implementation and coordination of clinical training across all programs. The role ensures the clinical workforce is equipped to deliver high-quality, client-centered, trauma-informed care.

You will develop and deliver in-person and online trainings, assess needs, and collaborate with clinical leadership to align with HR360’s Training and Development plans while promoting continuous learning and excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Current California clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD/PhD).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Minimum 2 years in supervision or training.
• Experience developing and facilitating clinical trainings.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, SUD, and co-occurring disorders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to tailor training to personnel with varying levels of experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads the implementation and coordination of clinical training across all HealthRIGHT 360 programs.
• Develops and delivers in-person and online trainings aligned with clinical standards.
• Assesses training needs via evaluations, surveys, and collaboration with leadership.
• Updates content reflecting evolving best practices and regulatory changes.
• Facilitates Calm Every Storm trainings in Southern CA.
• Collaborates with clinical leadership to ensure alignment with HR360 Training Plans.
• Promotes continuous learning and clinical excellence.
• Coordinates training with other departments to meet documentation standards.
