Job summary

Dm Clinical Research Group in Houston, TX is seeking a Clinical Training Specialist III to join the Business Operations Department. You will deliver training programs to site staff and provide new hire clinical orientation following HR onboarding.

You will coordinate with HR, QA/QC, and site operations to maintain standardized methods of clinical procedures and ensure timely completion of mandatory trainings, including ICH-GCP and IATA certifications where applicable.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in health, life sciences or four years of clinical trials experience may substitute Foreign Medical Doctor Degree.
• Minimum two years of clinical trials research training and/or presentation experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of and proficiency using electronic data capture systems; ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with HR, Organizational Development, QACE, Site Operations and other teams to deliver training programs to site staff.
• Delivers new hire clinical orientation to employees after HR onboarding.
• Conducts ongoing training based on performance evaluations, career development plans and management directives.
• Creates and updates training materials based on industry standards and department leadership guidance.
• Manages Site DM training materials and coordinates cross-functional training efforts.
• Coordinates webinars for study-specific training and changes in protocols with site management and Business Operations.
