Job summary

CRH Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Training Manager to oversee training and development of clinical staff across Maryland clinics. The role focuses on procedures and equipment training, ensuring adherence to clinical standards, and coordinating comprehensive training programs.

You will lead new hire training, online modules, simulation days, and audits, while collaborating with Operations and HR to deliver high-quality patient care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Accredited clinical program with valid certification or license.
• 2 years minimum experience as Paramedic, LPN, RT, or RN.
• 1–2 years of healthcare training experience.
• Basic computer skills: EMR, Outlook, Teams.
• Detail oriented with strong interpersonal communication.
• Ability to read/write medical terminology.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to regional offices.
• Willingness to learn and travel as needed.
• Ability to work all shifts including day, night, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for clinical processes in the assigned region.
• Oversee new hire and ongoing clinical training.
• Communicate updates on products and procedures to staff.
• Ensure clinics have resources and proper procedures.
• Audit clinical equipment maintenance and usage.
• Lead new hire and online training as needed.
• Conduct Simulation Days for new hires in region.
• Perform center audits for compliance.
• Review charts per Director of Training instructions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, Occupational Health, Radiology, and HR to run effective training programs.
