Job summary

LifeSpring Recovery of Andover is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy in a trauma-informed setting. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans aligned with ASAM criteria, and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include a Master's degree in a behavioral health field, eligibility for provisional Kansas licensure, CPR/First Aid, and strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Eligible for or willing to obtain a provisional clinical license in Kansas.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and risk screenings per DSM-5 and state rules.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans aligned with ASAM criteria.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups supporting recovery.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, case management, and recovery staff for coordinated care.
