Job summary

The Recovery Village Kansas City in Raytown, MO is seeking a licensed clinical therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy within a residential treatment setting. You will complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with medical and psychiatric teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Licensed in Missouri (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LSW, MFTC).
• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• CPR and BFA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation.
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI).
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care.
