Job summary

NorthCare seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to provide integrated services to children, adults, and families. The role involves individual, family, and group therapy with a trauma-informed, recovery-focused approach, plus crisis management and coordination of care.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in social work or related field and Oklahoma licensure (or supervision for licensure). Travel to community settings is expected, with flexible scheduling and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field.
• Licensed in Oklahoma (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LADC-MH) or under supervision for licensure.
• Ability to work in a community-based setting and travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Perform intake assessments and coordinate care with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Provide crisis management services including lethality assessment and referrals.
• Maintain timely clinical records and documentation per policy and requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and community partners to achieve treatment goals.
