Job summary

Jericho Project is seeking a Clinical Therapist for the Melrose (Bronx) program to provide ongoing counseling to formerly homeless participants. The position offers an exempt, full-time role with a salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 annually and reports to the Director of Clinical Therapy.

Candidates should be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (or equivalent LMHC/LMFT), have 3+ years of trauma-focused experience, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (or LMHC/LMFT) required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with trauma-affected populations.
• Experience with diverse populations and homelessness/facilitated care.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 25–30 across programs.
• Proficiency in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, MI).

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and document biopsychosocial evaluations.
• Provide individual and group counseling per program needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Offer case-management assistance within sessions as needed.
• Participate in supervision, trainings, and program meetings.
