Job summary

Guidelight Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Clinical Therapist (pre-licensed or fully licensed) to provide high-quality behavioral health care, including individual, group, and family therapy, within our PHP/IOP framework onsite. You will develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid NC licensure (LCSW or LCMHC).
• Willingness to provide clinical supervision for associate clinicians as part of the program.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans for cohesive case conceptualization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within required timeframes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case reviews.
• Identify community resources for treatment and aftercare planning.
• Adhere to standardized curricula and treatment planning.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and build trust.
• Prepare for weekly supervision with client updates and case formulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards; stay updated on field developments.
